On April 30, 2007, Kutztown Borough Council approved legislation establishing a process for residents to make application for an On-Street Person With Disability Parking Space.
Through this legislation, the Borough of Kutztown provides On-Street Person With Disability Parking Spaces for eligible residents, without cost, following approval of an application.
